Planned for 2029 · For planner-strategists leaving defense

The uniform is no longer the résumé. The discipline doesn’t expire.

Planned for 2029, The ERETAI Institute will carry the planner-strategist’s discipline into government outside defense, corporations, and nonprofits.

The invitation is to ERETAI Connect, operating now. Its members hear first.

Why an institute

No planner’s talent should go to waste.

Placing a military-educated planner in another defense role is the easy lift. The harder lift is carrying the discipline into places that have no word for it.

In uniform we called the discipline operational planning and strategy. The civilian world has a dozen words for pieces of it and none for the whole. Planning does not end when the uniform comes off, and the people who need it most have never heard of the schools that teach it.

We built this because we lived it

We know you. We are you.

You turn a leader’s intent into a plan a team can execute, and the day you take the uniform off, the people who need that skill cannot name it. The Institute is planned so the next planner does not have to explain it.

How it will work

We do not place résumés. We translate a discipline.

The Institute will receive requirements from the marketplace, translate them into programs and a credential that sharpen what the schools began, and make the discipline legible to organizations that have never had a planner and will wonder how they ran without one.

  1. CompassListen to the marketplaceA body of industry professionals who know and back this talent will bring the Institute the requirements, so its programs stay relevant.Hire outside defense? Book an Alignment Call
  2. CalibrateSharpen the talentPrograms built to those requirements, and a shared standard written with the employers who will read it, so that the discipline is legible wherever planners go.
  3. ContinueOpen the doorsA profession employers can find and a credential they can read, so that opportunity reaches the discipline where it has never been.
